Welcome to 302 BJJ! We are a Team Balance affiliate with two convenient locations in Delaware.
302 BJJ was established in 2007 and is the largest Gracie Jiu-Jitsu gym in the area. We are also proud to offer a kids program at both locations, as well as classes in Muay Thai, MMA, and yoga at our Kirkwood Highway location.
We currently have over 200 students, and are the proud home to 20 black belts. It’s a privilege to teach this art of self defense to men, women, and children in the Delaware area.

We are honored to be a Balance Gym affiliate. It means we teach in the traditions of Gracie Jiu Jitsu.
Team Balance is globally recognized as one of the elite martial arts teams, and is owned by Phil and Ricardo Migliarese. The brothers have utilized their 40+ years of combined martial arts experience, as well as the knowledge they gained while living and training with the legendary Gracie family, to build Team Balance into a multi-faceted university of the body and mind.
The exclusivity of membership fosters a familial environment that is unrivaled among competitors, and continues the historical lineage through to their students. Their systematic method of teaching has the aims to mold students into a complete fighter.
